Thanks to our initiatives, it is possible to take part into a series of tastings, often attended by journalists, sommeliers and representatives of important wine associations. We offer a selection of Ciù Ciù organic wines, always new in the choice and the image, to match with traditional dishes: from the Ciauscolo salami, to the fried olives of Ascoli. Flavors of the whole Marche region: the Ancona stockfish from the sea, the Acqualagna white truffle and the Camerino black truffle from the earth. In the same way, cheeses have great importance and we mention the Urbino caciotta and the sheep-milk cheese, aged in the ground. First courses rule the roost: vincisgrassi, tagliolini and maccheroncini from Campofilone: all made of fresh pasta. During the tasting, wine marries food, giving life to a unique experience, so that you will keep the Marche region in your heart.


Situated on the hill of the Piceno hinterland, in a strategic site, the city of Offida and Ciù Ciù wines share their historical and cultural roots. The eastern sea breeze penetrates the upland and mixes up with perfumes, colors and flavours of the ground, creating an unusual and magical scenery. The hills of Offida and the neighboring villages included between Tronto and Tesino rivers, help producing the more and more excellent Ciù Ciù wines. The cellar comprehends a wide selection of white and red wines of Ciù Ciù winery. Besides the traditional vineyards Montepulciano, Sangiovese and Trebbiano, we have two indigenous vine varieties: Pecorino and Passerina. In our cellar, you can find all specialties of the Marche region, with a wide range of white and red wines produced by Ciù Ciù, such as Rosso Piceno Superiore DOC Gotico and Rosso Piceno D.O.P. Sangiovese or Falerio D.O.P. Oris and Offida D.O.C.G Pecorino. Last but not least, Ciù Ciù sparkling wines: the pure-white and creamy foam of Merlettaie Brut, variety Pecorino and the brilliant color of Alta Marea, sparkling wine, variety Passerina.
