FOOD & WINEThanks to our initiatives, it is possible to take part into a series of tastings, often attended by journalists, sommeliers and representatives of important wine associations. We offer a selection of Ciù Ciù organic wines, always new in the choice and the image, to match with traditional dishes: from the Ciauscolo salami, to the fried olives of Ascoli. Flavors of the whole Marche region: the Ancona stockfish from the sea, the Acqualagna white truffle and the Camerino black truffle from the earth. In the same way, cheeses have great importance and we mention the Urbino caciotta and the sheep-milk cheese, aged in the ground. First courses rule the roost: vincisgrassi, tagliolini and maccheroncini from Campofilone: all made of fresh pasta. During the tasting, wine marries food, giving life to a unique experience, so that you will keep the Marche region in your heart.
